Going into her senior year in high school, 5’ 9” Michelle Shapiro weighed 240 lbs. The recommended weight range for a 5’ 9” woman is 144 - 176 lbs.
Michelle lost 60 lbs. in 6 months by starving her body with 500 calories a day. Today, she is 26 years old, and ultimately ended up losing a total of 80+ lbs. to get to her current weight range of 155-157 lbs.
Dealing with the side affects has been an 18-month process with the help of Dr. Rob Kachko, a licensed naturopathic physician, as her coach.
